Finding Neverland

Film Finding Neverland memang sudah hampir 6 tahun yang lalu dirilis. Didedikasikan untuk mengenang sang penulis tokoh anak Peter Pan. Film yang pendek dan lebih menonjolkan karya seni dan keindahan pada setting dan ceritanya. Dengan bintang utama Johnny Depp sebagai Sir James Matthew Barrie, berperan sebagai seorang penulis panggung yang tampan dan gagah, mempunyai seorang istri yang cantik bernama Mary Ansell Barrie dan Kate Winslet sebagai seorang janda muda dengan 4 orang anak laki-lakinya berpean sebagai Mrs. Sylvia Llewin Davies. Film ini juga dibintangi aktor kawakan Dustin Hoffman sebagai pemilik teater tempat James mempertunjukan dramanya. Tidak ketinggalan Julie Christie berperan sebagai seorang ibu yang sangat protektif terhadap anaknya Sylvia.

Singkatnya film ini memberikan arti kedamaian dan pengertian dalam menjalin hubungan, dengan sesama, seusia, bahkan dengan anak-anak sekalipun. Jangan pernah meragukan kemampuan seorang anak dalam menjalin persahabatan dan pertemanan, kadang sifat lugu dan polos mereka menjadi makna paling penting dalam menjalani kehidupan yang penuh dengan sandiwara ini. Hanya tawa dan tingkah laku polos mereka yang membuat hidup ini menjadi berwarna.

Film ini dinominasikan untuk beberapa (77) Academy Awards , termasuk Best Picture dan Best Actor untuk gambaran dari JM Barrie Depp, dan memenangkan satu untuk Jan AP Kaczmarek's skor musik.

Animation Movie. produced by Pixar and distributed by Walt Disney. Ratatouille dirilis pada 29 Juni 2007 di Amerika Serikat. Film yang disutradarai oleh Brad Bird ini mendapat tiga kali nominasi dalam Piala Oscar 2008, yaitu film animasi terbaik, musik dan lagu terbaik, serta skenario terbaik. Sementara itu, di ajang penyerahan piala Golden Globe 2008, Ratatouille mendapat penghargaan sebagai film animasi terbaik.
